1. Who we are
This website, greenmilecapital.com (the "Site"), is operated by Green Mile Capital Intelligence, business registration no. 040122806, of 8 David Mizrahi St., Rehovot 7653401, Israel ("GMCI", "we", "us"). GMCI is the controller of personal information collected through the Site. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@greenmilecapital.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us by email (for example to book a demo), we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, organization and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects, via cookies and similar technologies, information such as approximate location (city level), device and browser type, pages viewed, and interaction events. IP addresses are processed by Google for this purpose. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs — IP address, request time and user agent — as necessary to deliver and secure the Site.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to you — handling demo requests and correspondence (performance of steps you request / legitimate interest).
- To operate and improve the Site — measuring which content matters and keeping the Site secure (legitimate interest / consent where required).
- To meet legal obligations — where applicable law requires us to retain or disclose information.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies: essential cookies needed for the Site to function, and
Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) used for aggregate usage statistics.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site remains fully usable without
analytics cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across the web with the
Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — currently Google (analytics) and Netlify (hosting) — under their respective data-processing terms, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Some providers process data outside Israel and the EEA; where they do, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings (currently up to 14 months) and then deleted or aggregated.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you may request to review information we hold about you and ask that inaccurate information be corrected or deleted. If the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, write to info@greenmilecapital.com; we will respond within the time required by law.
8. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, in line with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, to the information we hold. No internet transmission is ever completely secure, and we encourage you not to send sensitive information by email.
9. Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
